I love using myfitnesspal because you can use it as an app or you can go online and do it too! You have more opportunities to keep up with it.. About counting calories, I suggest you go here http://funeralformyfat.tumblr.com/eatingenough this will tell you more about how many you should be eating! Each person is different so it’s good to customize it for yourself!
